Kawagoe is a historic castle town that has an old Tokyo feel. It’s often referred to as “Little Edo”.



I’ve come here for the flea market, but today marks the second anniversary of my father’s death and I stop by this cemetery and think about the last couple of years without him.



I write him a note and leave it at Kumano Shrine.
